Horrible service. Tellers will ignore while customers wait on line. Having conversation among themselves while they should taking care of the customer quickly and professionally.

So Jannay is this the new training that Capital One Bank is providing to their employees. When you get caught red handed audio recording being rude & disrespectful to a customer... threaten them by saying you’re going to call the cops. Instead of apologizing for disgusting condescending behavior.

Wasted my time. Convoluted the process of a very simple job. One of the bankers was very kind.
