One of the worst customer service I have ever received in my life. Absolutely abhorrent. The teller Catherine Reyes is an extremely disgusting, unpleasant woman. No regard for manners or anything - really ghetto and crass. It’s no surprise that there are so much bad reviews about this branch. If you can avoid going there, you should.
Chase is acting as though they are assisting people during this time of pandemic crisis but they are not!!! They are making it extremely difficult to get the simplest task done, and I for one am sick of it!!!!
Worse bank ever! Don’t bank wit chase!
