First branch I ever visit in my life without a Business Line!!! Ridiculous! 1 hour wait in the middle of a BUSINESS day!

I have had trouble with them this is the worst branch i have ever delt with

Jason helped me open my new account even though he was working the information desk. It was very busy and he went above and beyond to make sure I was happy.

Chase is just horrible everytime I step in chase I just get more and more disappointed now I know why I left chase

I've been waiting for almost an hour just to get my account statement. And it seems like all the representatives went out for a lunch. What the hell is going on? In China Town branch they gave me my statement right away and I didn't have to wait a minute.

NO AC while waiting for the ATMs, hotter inside than it is outside - very unpleasant conditions.

Terrible service. The line is incredibly long, the representatives are not polite and extremely slow. I waited for almost an hour and had to leave because the representative simple was not there.

This is the worst chase, almost all ATM are broken and nobody cares. Long lines all day and the a.c. feels like it's off. Branches are closing and this one stays open ok then....
