Chase Bank

Poor customer service. One of the bank managers were rude and lazy. Beside, that she had a very poor attitude. She wasn't very helpful with what was needed to resolve the issues we had. They aren't very friendly. They security is fine. But the rest of the staff lacks professionalism.

Tried to set-up a Retirement plan with YouInvest with the workers at this location and was given the run around before being spent away to do it on my own.

Now i visit Chase bank at least once a week. And on any given day its a homeless person or mental ill person asleep. Actually its been twice this week alone someone has been asleep ..This really makes the visit uncomfortable. It needs to be a 24hour security. Don't visit after hours or weekends.......

Slow costumer service

I was helped by an employee called Franklin who was very helpful, polite and thorough.

A two hour wait to open a bank account is rediculous. This bank is always under staffed and doesn't care about its customers.

Is a great thing around the community

I have a business account with with them...n trust me they suck at customer service..specially teller name Orencia Suttton..I left my ID in my car and she said come back and you don't have to wait in the line...guess what ? I came back in 2 min she was closed and said refused to keep her words..it made me look like a lire..
