Municipal Credit Union

The phone service is disgusting. I've literally been on hold for ONE HOUR and 4 minutes, currently. I heard this was a very good bank, however, their first impression via phone is not cutting it. Hoping the in person visit is not disappointing.

Awful bank and customer service

72 minute wait to talk to someone. Ridiculous.

My mobility is limited and they really try and accommodate me and make my visit there go as smooth as Possible

This is the worst bank ever. The atm never work. The member services all need to be trained they have no customer service skills..its a complete mess and Ms A Pena need an evaluation immediately because she doesn't know how to speak to the customers.

The Dollar Tree was clean. However the line was very long. The cashiers we're working very hard.
