I came at 11:59 AM to open an account , wrote my name on the list and everything, the lady instead of helping me first , helped a guy who came after me. 40 mins past and i hear her talking about her personal life with this guy and havent even asked me what I need.
This place never open at 8.00am. If u have some urgent stuff. DON’T GO THERE!!!!
Tried opening an account on two separate occasions and it just didn't work out. This bank needs more reliable bankers.
Staff is great : Unfortunately, everything else is awful. Opened a year ago - ONLY 2 ATM's, both of which seem to confuse most customers :/ Expect a 10 MINUTE WAIT to take out your own, hard-earned cash. smh
They're so helpful, especially the tellers Linnabeth and Annabel. Always a pleasure to visit this location
