Visit this location occasionally to use the ATM machine and everytime I do there is a homeless person sleeping in the lobby, floors are dirty and trash everywhere. Overnight security is needed here.

The branch is very unprofessional. I had to cash a company check and was in the bank for an hour waiting for a simple override and no one assisted or gave an update. The manager herself wasn't helpful as well. This branch needs to be CLOSED!! Pick a better financial establishment

I've always had good experiences at this branch. The tellers are always courteous. The bankers have always been very helpful when I've had complicated banking issues.

Always busy....however....Mr Customer Service/Mr Derrick Brown....ability,sincerity, thoughfulness, efficiency and genuine people person....makes a HUGE difference for this 125th Street location. Ten people are waiting for customer service....more the 80% are waiting patiently for Mr Brown. Kudos to you!!!!!!
