Story

The purpose of the SENCC is to help families in the Capital Park neighborhood achieve their potential so that they will be prepared to grow as caring families, and to take positions of leadership in their homes, community, and churches.

Mission

• Provide a safe, welcoming, fun, educational, and life changing place for youth.
• Increase school attendance, physical activity, community service, and pride among neighborhood children and youth.
• Decrease youth crime, drug use, graffiti, property damage, and gang involvement in the Southeast Salem Neighborhood.
• Create opportunities for parent involvement, education, counseling, and family stability.
• Encourage a sense of community and good citizenship.
• Create innovative collaborations with area agencies.
• Share the good news of Jesus Christ, and promote Godly character in participating youth and their families.
