St. Joseph is the oldest Catholic church in Salem, Oregon and currently serves some 3,500 families and conducts services in English, Spanish and Vietnamese. The parish school staff has been recognized for excellence in education as recently as 2005.
Our mission, in service of Jesus and the Universal Church, is to make our Parish a Center of Catholic Life in the Valley, thus bringing forth God's Love, Light, and Life in order that all are invited to follow Him.
