If zero was an option that is was I would push. I am so mad an I never even stepped through the door. I have been the last year going back and fourth with myself about getting some counseling. I FINALLY got the courage to call and make an appointment and the woman who answered the phone was SO rude I was floored. I told her I was a new client looking to set up an appointment and she - in the a "what do you want me to do about it" tone- said um ok I can take your number and someone can call you back- to which I said you know what never mind and hung up. I am sorry my phone call looking for services was such an inconvenience to you. Learn some phone etiquette and realize the type of person you may be talking to.
