Called numerous times, left voicemails to set up appointments never even called back. Took my business elsewhere!

Called a couple times over the course of two weeks and left messages never to get a call back. Called a third time and spoke to a receptionist. She took my information and said that the person who deals with my insurance would call me very soon but they never did. It's terrible to think that when people are in need of help they can't rely on places like this.
