We needed some new network wiring to be installed for a new POS system at my business. It is always refreshing and much appreciated to find a company who is professional and competent and CC&NS is just that. From the folks that answer the phones to the technicians everyone was knowledgeable, showed up on time, returned calls, provided fair and accurate quotes and then executed the work perfectly. I highly recommend this company and look forward to working with them again.

My hard drive crashed and I was at a loss. Capitol Computer came to the rescue and managed to retrieve all of my files and replaced the old hard drive with a better one and replaced the Microsoft software that was lost. And they kept me informed all the way and returned by computer in a timely fashion. All the people were great.

Fixing my computer did take awhile -- more than 1 week. Then I had to provide information about various applications and they returned the computer to me with Windows 10 (after I had specifically asked to return to Windows 7). The person I spoke with explained the benefits of going with Windows 10. The good -- people are responsive AND they were able to save all my files! The not so good -- it took a long time to get my computer back.

After serious computer crash, Capital Computer repaired in a short time - everything seems in great shape and running very smoothly. Excellent service in theirr shop as well.

When I stopped in to Capitol Computer to inquire about my WiFi issues, Frank came out the following day! That's what I call good customer service. Once he diagnosed the issue, both Frank & Will installed the replacement equipment the following day. Great customer service--& there is a year's warranty on their work so when I was having printer communication issues the following week, Will returned (NC) to correct that problem. Great & knowledgeable people to work with----definitely a "keeper" on my roll-a-Dex.
