This is a real butcher shop, run by guys who’ve been doing it their whole lives. And their parents’. “How would you like your lamb ground?” “I’d simmer this before frying it.” “How much would you like this trimmed?” Honest meat handled by professionals.
Simply amazing butchery with an impressive variety of lamb, veal, and pork sausages. Good prices also and helpful and friendly staff. Whenever I bring friends from out of town to the Italian Market, i make sure to bring them here.
Great selection and exceptional service! Mom and Dad can still be found in the shop at 90+ years young. Don't try to order sausage without fennel in front of Antoinette! They have Herr's beef, and sometimes have dry aged steaks ready on hand. Joe and Elliot are both some of the best butchers in town. Try the sun-dried tomato + mozz, and the chevalatta sausage!

Bought a 3 inch thick prime grade ribeye. I didn’t see that much marbling so it was hard to beleive it was prime but it was delicious highly recommend buying fresh steak from here
Rosemary lamb sausage was unbelievable. Crisped up so well. I've got pork & broccoli rabe for tomorrow. Expectations are high.
One of my favorite old time butcher shops. Great selection. Whatever you want, they have. Many varieties of homemade sausage. Check out this old school authentic Italian butcher shop!
I really enjoyed my first dry aged steak
Their sausage is literally the best I have ever had. I also did comparisons against sausage that I bought at other butchers in the Italian Market, and Cappuccio’s won by a mile.. The fact that they are nice people is just icing on the cake.
Bought the hot pork sausage, no fennel. It was outstanding. The people were nice, and they take card. Highly recommend!
