Alexa is an awesome property manager. The community looks awesome. My A/C is always cranking in the summer and I love that! My apartment is awesome!
2 months gone and not a single regret. This place is a dump. Management is nice but be realistic. The 3rd floor of the roof caved in and displaced 10+ people during the start of the pandemic. They are a joke and this place needs to be torn down.
Absolutely the last option to live in the neighborhood. Management is completely incompetent and deletes negative reviews. Do NOT live here.
I would strongly suggest not living here.
property management very good, the grounds are well kept..the residents seem really nice..no bugs in the building ...they have 24 hr. on call for emergencies...good location...an older building and they try to please.
