The Harwood

Charming place in older building. Great neighbors, great neighborhood. Frustrating that walls are very very thin. I was able to hear full conversations my upstairs and nextdoor neighbors were having. So, privacy definitely an issue. Hot water ran out fast and shower ran cold when neighbors flushed toilets. I parked my vehicle on the street and it got multiple dings and someone backed into my car and unfortunately bent the hood. However, it's pretty darn inexpensive so that may make up for all the downsides!
