Capsule NYC is an essential fashion destination in New York City’s Harlem neighborhood and is shopped globally at CAPSULE.
Founded by two NYC taste makers in 2015, Capsule NYC is owned by Farouk Zakkour.
Farouk personally selects every item sold at Capsule NYC with the intention of inspiring every client who walks through the door, offering the best edit of the most important luxury and street wear designers of today and tomorrow in a warm and welcoming environment.

I ORDERED A HAT FROM CAPSULE 4 DAYS AGO AND TODAY THEY CANCELED MY ORDER. IVE BEEN TRYING TO CONTACT THEM AND I HAVE YET TO GET A RESPONSE. I WANT MY REFUND‼ THIS SHOULDN'T BE A PROBLEM. I DONT WANT IT TO BE TRUST ME THERE STORE IS IN MY NEIGHBORHOOD‼ SO COME ON YAH DO BETTER
ordered 3 items online, 1 was refunded due to no stock. store shipped 1 item but marked as 2 items being shipped. sent numerous emails and was put on hold everytime by I called in. won't be shopping here again. had to file a dispute with credit card company to get my money back, won't be shopping here again.

Great Store! This was my first time here but it will not be the last, for sure. The staff were all extremely friendly and super helpful. Thank you for this Gem in Harlem!
I ordered an article on their website and I still have not received it 2 months later! They do not even respond to e-mails. So it is impossible to know where my order is or even ask for a refund.
the BEST! i will never go to another pharmacy again! they contact me when my prescription is ready to schedule delivery, contact my doctor when refills are needed, and also promptly deliver my medicine. so easy!
