The owner and employees are very friendly and are very helpful. Though the selection of shoes isn’t wide, I’m always guaranteed to get something here. One time, I wanted a pair of shoes but they didn’t have it in the size I wear; the owner was willing to get me the shoe I wanted that I could fit into! You don’t usually get these type of considerate people at stores. When it comes to the price range of these shoes, they are right at my budget so I can always buy a new pair whenever I want. I believe they sell all their shoes at retail some cheaper or same price as StockX but minus all the other fees to ship, etc Not only do they have shoes, but clothes/ merchandise is sold here too! I was able to get a hat for my friend and it was in great condition :

They had a nice selection of footwear, but poor customer service. I wasn’t sure which sneaker size to purchase for a pair of Adidas Stan Smiths I wanted. I went with the salesperson’s recommendation and I was very disappointed. After I bought the sneakers and wore them for a day my toes started hurting because the shoe was too small. I have to re-purchase the same shoe with the correct size. I wish that the sales people were more attentive to helping me than with their music playlist. I won’t be coming back here again.

Their stock is trash so is the customer service. All the stuff they sell for a facts you can find 20 to 10 dollars cheaper down the block. Employees love to tell straight lies to your face.

Terrible, i recently visited the shop and was lied to. Wanted to purchase a sneaker, found out there weren't anymore because it was all raffled out, then i see some random guy come pick up about 5 of the same sneakers i was asking for. Dude tells me it was from another store, i call later to investigate, he tells me he never sajd that. Stores rigged do not trust this store

Horrible customer service!!!!!!!!!!!! They also discrimated me! The cashier declined my card 3times!!! Then he was rude about it and said if I would have had money on it, it would have gone through. He told me to go get cash. I checked with my bank and I was told that they declined it on the cashiers end! They thought my card was fake! Horrible horrible customer service. Very rude and this store is not welcoming!

Always has gear on sale and the latest sneakers. Owner of the store is very cool.
