Very poor customer service and rude employees, so why buy from them? We weren’t allowed to try on clothes, not even a hat! 6 employees for two of us in a 200 sq.ft. store and no one wanted to assist us.

Not a Carhart store... just says carhart. Walked in looking for yellow rain jacket.. so... i was called out.. "You have the wrong brand! " they told me this some bs sub brand!! Y'all are a joke!!! And oh so rude!!! Find a real work gear store!!!

Pretty hilarious all the people complaining about carhart WIP. This is exactly why carhart didn’t let WIP stores in the US for so long. The close are great but more expensive, the fits are better for people that find traditional carhart much too boxy.

Literally the worst vibes up in here. Employees so rude

I was the first customer here as soon as they opened doors at noon; i wanted to buy a coat, no one asked me for help, 5 employees, no other customers, tried on two coats, wanted one but decided not to buy, better of online shopping...customer service is dead
