Rains

I have one raincoat and recently ordered another. This coat is too big and I need to return - they do not make returns easy. No preprinted label and you pay for all returns. However, I do love the raincoats.

I've been here once, super cool little store. I own three raincoats from this brand, they're expensive but I've had them for two years and they still look brand new. Planning on visiting again next time im in the city.

Excellent products, but employees not the most helpful here.

I ordered a rain jacket from this company and received a stinky, flimsy, and creased product. Unlike every other retailer this company does not offer free returns and instead intentionally makes the return process cumbersome and difficult for customers. Do not purchase these overpriced and cheaply made products.
