Caribou Coffee

Great location, right next to interstate 694, and a lot of shopping areas and fast food. Normally customer service is pretty good. Sometimes it feels they are just talking amongst themselves. But they make excellent drinks. I normally get a weird drink that isn't really on the menu, so they get confused or have to remake it sometimes. But I like what I like. If you like sweet drinks, I would recommend trying a vanilla white mocha cooler with 1 full shot of Carmel. Cures the sweet tooth and addictive! I recommend this location, overall good place that make their drinks great.

Great spot. Pretty busy and loud which is the reason for 4 stars but it is in a very busy part of town. If you want a quiet coffee shop, I probably would pick a different one but not a bad spot to grab a quick cup or if you don't mind the hustle of the store.

It was so loud in there, due to no acoustical ceiling tile, In a very industrial type building. I could hear a guy that was easily 20 ft away from me. Me? I came there to work. So did the guy 20 ft from me because I knew he was selling something. Additionally, I appreciated the bubbliness of the workers but the volume was a little high. Again, I blame it on the ceiling. I would say this is a three for a rating, because of a few things. I saw nobody cleaning the tables, the parking lot could use some attention, and it was very sad to see no recycling nor composting available, especially for a Minnesota-based company.

This is right by home. They always have great options, and most of the staff are great/sweet. They have pup cups which I cannot believe I turned into one of those dog moms but hey my girl can't get enough of them lol! Whenever we go through the drive-through she expects her pup cup/treat hahait's too cute. It's a fun treat when we're able to come here.

I've been to this location around 10 times because it's close to my work. EVERY SINGLE TIME, they do something wrong. Whether it be, insanely slow service, getting my order wrong, forgetting to make my order, badly made drinks, drinks that are half empty.... the staff always look so confused and lost, every time. Once it took about 25 minutes just to go through the drive thru. This time, they gave me a drink that was 2/3 full, and gave me a sloppy mismatched bread burnt grilled cheese. I literally laughed because of how sloppy and ridiculous it was. If I can, I'm never coming back. Bad experience every single time.

Drive through person taking my order was very pleasant. so was the girl at the window. My mocha seemed light on coffee taste and seemed not enough chocolate.Food: 5/5

The young lady energy high and vibrant. It was nice to see a smile and happy to help and serve people. This is probably the best caribou I’ve been to in MN so just because of the young lady energy.Food: 5/5

Super disappointed in my visit today. I had a perk for a large drink for the price of a medium, & made sure to mention that when I ordered. I thought my total was higher than I expected but didnt think nothing of it. I came home & checked my app & my perk was never used & I was indeed charged the price for a large. It's becoming pretty regular that employees arent adding perks to my orders at this location as well as others. Super frustrating!

Erika and Kristen made us feel both so welcome. The drinks were made perfectly and were delicious! Parking: Plenty of nice parking spots.

LOL my actual review didn't post-so sorry!!! My experience was amazing!!! I've a "service dog in training"-not your normal lab size, but a cavapoo, and she's training to indicate for autoimmune issues. Eventually she will be trained to pick things up I drop. Anyways, a staff member asked very politely if she was "a working dog or a pet" and I said she was in training and I got "that's great! Have a wonderful time!" No judgment as to how small she is, no "oh really? And what do YOU need a service dog for you look fine" until I grab my one and go to walk the question was asked, answered, and we were treated with respect. I've had issues since I was 8. I've always had people question "really? You look just fine". Your staff almost had me in happy tears!!!! Definitely making you my Caribou of choice!!! Thank you!!! And the cooler even hot coffee in winter gives me a hot flash-or as my family says "power surge" lol and Pipers 1st Puppichino were very good!!!
