Dunkin'

A 3/4th filled large hot mocha that was lukewarm and a depressed breakfast sandwich really started my day off right. I asked if they had a microwave to heat the mocha up and they remade me... another 3/4th filled large "hot" read: lukewarm mocha.

Tired of getting old bakery especially at the prices that are being charged for 1 donut. Today I got some chocolate with chocolate frosting. One was old and the other was fairly fresh. I wonder are you sneaking day old in with the fresher ones? The cake donuts taste dry the glazed are better but not much. Very disappointing. Happening too often. Time to find a new donut place.

Quite literally the worst latte I’ve ever had. Only went there because I had a coupon. They took it, and then after seeing the receipt I asked if the coupon was applied, another guy came to the window rudely demanding to see the coupon, which she had already taken. Instead of telling me the coupon was only available at Minneapolis and Rochester area locations she just didn’t apply it. The people were unfriendly, the coffee sucked, and now I fully understand why I’ve never been there and won’t be back. If you like bad coffee and less than desirable service this place is for you.

We stopped in towards the end of the day. They were closing within an hour. We ordered 50 munchkins and a couple of other donuts. The wonderful lady who helped us gave us some extra munchkins since they were closing soon. Everything was super fresh and yummy!!Food: 5/5

I am giving a five star for the customer service Ra gave at this location. I had my coffee made wrong this morning. Although it was an inconvenience to have to drive back after discovering it was made wrong. I was grateful for the great service and correction of the wrongly made drink. It's rare to have such great customer service these days!

I love Dunkin but this location is a hit or miss. It seems everytime I go the staff is always bickering and the service takes a while and sometimes the order is not correct. It's kind of hard to mess up an order when all I get is a iced coffee with caramel and cream.Food: 3/5

Every time I have been here they have messed up a simple order. Extremely annoying, only one other car was in the drive through , not busy at all.Food: 1/5

I honestly have no idea why I still try this location. It's either a disgruntled rude employee with a bad attitude or they get my order completely wrong. Today it was getting nothing I ordered unless I saw them bag it. For starters I walked in because the drive thru line was backed up, no one said ANYTHING. 2 employee walked past the counter without a single word. Aside from a cell phone sitting on the coffee bar counter no one was upfront, and a line forming behind me. After about 5 mins a girl emerged from the back and quickly took our orders. Probably the only smile I saw in the place. I ordered a donut and hash browns for each child and a coffee and croissant sandwich for myself. What I got was the donuts and coffee coffee set on the counter without a word so had to look to make sure it was mine An English muffin sandwich that tasted like freezer burned cardboard and plain stuffed bagels. No hash browns. I'd rather back track to Hugo and try their location than go here again. I'm so over it.

Waited at counter without being greeted for several minutes. When greeted was made to feel like an inconvenience. I know we are all understaffed but communication or even a brief "hello I'll be with you shortly" goes a long way. It was also so cold on there, people took their things to go as it was too cold to sit down and enjoy.Food: 5/5

Dunkin’ is just kinda bad, service is good, just doesn’t taste like and isn’t good coffee to be honest, donuts are okay but not as good as anything local, probably not going to go Dunkin’ in general unless there I’m traveling and there isn’t anything else open.Food: 1/5
