Beef was old, the buns were burnt. Fries were coke. Soda was flat, wasn’t carbonated like how it should be. Super friendly staff, but everything just tasted old. Really unfortunate.
Ordered a Big Carl combo and a shake. First, the shake was ridiculous see photo, so I said something and he told me now they weigh all the shakes to a limit of 8 oz, so cheap and penny-pinching. Then, didn’t realize they forgot my sprite till I got home. To top it off, fries and burger were cold, and I only live a few minutes away. Such a joke!
This Carl's Jr was awesome. I'm beginning to think most of them just have great employees. I got the Jalapeno 1/3 pound burger. My absolute favorite fat food burger. I recommend it!
Horrible experience since u r at the drive tru till u meet the manager and then the GM. kids meesed up the order , very low customer skills , GM Acted like she was doing a favor to me resolving their wrong order placed a day before.
Very slow service, the kids didn't seem like they had any clue what was going on, they forgot one of our burgers and our drink and they just ignored us sitting at the window forever. We had to honk our horn. And for $18 we got not very good food.... never again. Oh! And no napkins. 0/10
I would give negative stars if I could. The so said manager was cooking while being on her phone. That goes against so many regulations. We waited 40 minutes until we got our food. After telling her multiple times that her being on her phone is disgusting and goes against regulations she didn't listen. Never coming here again because that is disgusting.
Fixed our order for us! Even gave an extra sandwich because I thought it was wrong when it wasn’t. Thank you! And keep up the good work!
I drop by this Carl’s Jr. often as I’m a Lyft driver waiting for airport runs. I’ve been here early mornings and nights as well...every team has been kind, helpful and work hard to take care of the guests. The food is also exactly what you expect from CJs! This am, I pulled in and there was quite a delay in being greeted .. when I inquired at the window about it, the shift leader told me they only have two batteries for their headsets...really? C’mon management? That’s not taking care of your team. They are taking care of the guests- y’all need to support your great team here and help them out with the equipment they need! Good job team...keep it up!
This is the worst burger place ever, the meat was spoiled and even after they cooked it you could smell the foulness. The lettuce was brown and the tables sticky. The restrooms had feces on the wall and the Stalls have totally been blown up. I wouldn't recommend this place for a pooch party.. after I questioned our money back the return half of it and we left
They don't know how to make a customer happy. This morning they messed up our order. We ordered zucchini and they gave us french fries. I came back at night to get a fish sandwich. And told them about my issue. They said they couldn't do anything about it. I asked him for a phone number to contact whoever's in charge and they said all I can give you is a website. And now it's a franchise so it's got an individual owner and I said can I have their number and they said no all you can have is a website. The lady was nice when I got to the window. But they don't know how to fix problems or issues with their store. And I guess there's no corporate to take care of them anymore. 7/10/2022 They messed up again!!!! The manager is very very rude!!!!
