Ordered a $12 Baja Steak cheese melt sub. Get home, open it, ZERO cheese. I call. Girl answers. I say there's a mix up and I didn't get what I paid for. Long pause... "Well be said he put cheese on it so I believe him."... Feeling awkward I say I'm staring right at the sub and there's no cheese on it. She says I already told you I believe him. Before I could get any further she hangs up. I call back, no answer. I wait 5 minutes and she finally picks up. I said, excuse me, you just hung up on me. She says, "Then talk to the manager, they're here tomorrow.". I asked what is their name, and what is your name? She says you don't need to know that. So I pack the sandwich back up and head back to the store. She can tell immediately that I was the one she had been talking to on the phone. So she takes her time on the orders she was working on, then stares at me. I finally said, can you show me on this sub where the cheese is? With a blank stare she finally answers, there's nothing I can do. No refund, won't remake the sandwich, and forces me to have to talk to an unnamed manager the next day. I'm done. I'm so over this location, and I will not be spoken to like this by an entitled teenager who is getting her jollies actively defying my request for a refund. Apparently no employee in the store is authorized to help with any failure. Welcome to post covid customer service. I will never return to this location. Be warned, they shouldn't be in business. Wasted nearly 2 hours of my evening over a botched order.
Last night I went to this store @ 8:30 pm, we bought two sandwichs and the lady that was working was so rude that I had to bite my tongue, she had attitude about the bread I wanted as well as the teriyaki chicken flavor I ask her to put on the chicken instead of the veggies, she put so much teriyaki on the sandwich that it was uneatable, as soon as we left she locked the door behind us, the time was 8:45 and thay close @ 9:00 pm... Awesome!
Staff were so disrespectful. Would've made a call but guess who didn't have name tags. So disappointed.
I come here sometimes, but it’s pretty disappointing to see them close 10 or 15 minutes early. On the door it says they close at 9pm, but you better show up at 8:45 or before or you wont get your sandwich.
Online ordering NOT recommended. Orders are completely incorrect 90% of the time. The sandwich-makers are unable to read simple orders from printed receipts. This location is EXTREMELY slow at making food, often leaving customers waiting for up to 30 minutes between each person. After following up on multiple incorrect orders, I have been told that nobody is available to help, and that I would need to call back to find out if a manager is available. I would NOT recommend this Subway for anyone looking to receive the ACTUAL food they order. Subways are all over, so there's absolutely no need to visit this location.
Usually the food and staff are good, but I wouldn't suggest this location. The food today tastes a bit salty and like socks, and one new? employee whipped out his phone behind the food bar like he lived there. Why did the quality drop? What changed? Probably won't go back any time soon.
I’ve been here many times and have never had an issue until subway decided to hire a lady who doesn’t speak or understand English with no one else in the store to translate. I asked her a question and it was followed with dead silence and a blank stare. I tried pointing to pictures of what I wanted, but after three more failed attempts of preparing the correct item I wanted, I was left with no other choice but to leave. This was pure frustration that I wasn’t able to effectively communicate my food order to her, so I left. This was not a very pleasant experience for either of us.
It's Subway. Same as all of them. What I really hate is when you check out you are supposed to tip. Tips are for wait staff. When I serve myself; I deserve the tip.
There was no fresh ingredients... Poor Service... Also, looks like the current employees were more focused on something else other than the customer... Very suspicious activity... Looks dirty... I hope when I come back there is better staff serving, not staff getting staffed... Looked like something weird was going on... Disgusting...
I went in and a guy in front of my in line wasn’t wearing a mask, was eating chips while in line and crossed the blue tape and was right up against and leaning over the counter. A person working in the kitchen wasn’t wearing a mask either, which seemed ridiculous. I don’t understand how during covid businesses aren’t taking these very simple precautions seriously. I left without ordering because it felt unsafe and subway isn’t worth that risk.
