Every time I have ordered heremostly 1-2 years ago they have had my order to my door within 30 minutes. Hot, fresh and loaded with toppings. Now I can only do carryout here. I have yet to have any issues. Even last night where my delivery location on south temple was not accepting online orders, this one was my choice for carryout. With only one employee in the store itself, my pizza was made very well and ready within 30 minutes. I wish this location could compete better for local jobs so that they aren't understaffed, but they still did better than the 2100s redwood location on a reasonable ready time with even less employees.  If you are in salt lake and want carryout, I recommend this location first. A close second is the South Templethough while their staff is excellent the food quality isn't the best and the third is on 700s. Never go to the two on redwood road around 2100s.

I had the worst experience here a couple months ago but today I went to the store and I was able to speak with the new GM who was sincere and empathetic to what had happened and guess what...she did what no one else so far has been able to do. She fixed it. It was made right and now I will always only order from her store. She is a credit to domino's and if they are smart they will throw money at her to make sure they don't lose a quality employee like she is. Thank you I forgot to ask your name but you rock and have restored my faith in domino's!

Always consistent pizza and service. The new XL Brooklyn style is really good because it's thin crust but not super crispy and cut normally. The Domino's app is also easy to use and they have a points system to get free pizza. Definitely a staple take out or delivery option.

Terrible experience. Order took 45 minutes to fulfill. Lady making the pizzas pulled out her phone to send a text and then immediately made another pizza without washing her hands. Makes you wonder how dirty her hands are! None of the employees wore gloves. The little appetite I had left was extinguished when I got home and opened the boxes only to find out both boxes were not the pizzas I ordered. I will not go back to this location.

I visited 6/12/21 between 9-10 pm. Only 2 swamped workers were on duty on a busy Saturday night. Despite being understaffed and faced with impatient customers they both maintained professional decorum. My pizza was made exactly how i ordered it. I'd rather have accuracy over speed. The taste was good as always.

This place is trash. Every time I travel to Utah for business it seems that customer service is getting worse and worse. The girl I talked to on the phone when she called to cancel my order because she didn’t have a delivery driver imagine a pizza delivery place not having delivery drivers…. Hmmm weird until 1 or 2, then proceeded to yell at me and then hung up on me. Instead of trying to problem solve. Would not recommend going to this place at all. If I could give them no stars I would.

This dominos location sucks. Took my order at 6pm, i called at 7:40 to see what the delay was  they said it would be another hour, at least. Because it was so far, why take the order if you have no intention of fulfilling. Now scrambling to feed my family at 8pm. Not even 1 star

This location needs to be shut down! I ordered online and when I was almost there, I received an email that said my order was cancelled cuz they were unable to fulfill my order at that time, then I received another email that said my email was ready, I go there and it's a ghost town, everything was on but no one was there or at least out front and the screen said cancelled, cancelled, cancelled no orders going in or out, what are the employees doing? Did they decide to be lazy that day?

The customer service experience was awful at this location. They didn’t want to give me an extra small box, extra napkins or even hand sanitizer. Supposedly that would mess up their inventory. They were not kind, selfish and not willing to take care of customers. Even the phone was ringing and no one picked it up.

Two hours & still waiting. Seems to happen every time I order from them. Definitely the last time, you don't deserve my money anymore Domino's.
