Okay for personal experience depending on what department you are at it's quite frankly not that bad. The hours are long, it's pretty good pay and good insurance BUT management is a huge pile of garbage from operators above you to super intendent they'd rather point the finger and admit responsibility on their own mistakes. They push and push and push for safety but the time someone gets hurt they'll say it's your fault for something you can't control...so if you feel uncomfortable at a position where you might be hurt. DON'T DO IT. PERIOD. Back to the subject, if you are aware and willing to work 36-72 hours a week. Enjoy.
