Bought a truck with Roger. He took the time to actually make sure I wanted the truck and to make sure that I was actually satisfied. Normal salesman just talk you into something to make a sale and that's it. I would see recommend Roger to anyone wanting a vehicle. He acted as a friend wanting to help, not just someone that's money hungry. Wish I could rate more than 5 stars. Roger is an awesome guy and r&b is the place to go.

I recently purchased a truck from R&B with the help of Roger and I love it! Roger was super helpful, professional and willing to help me find exactly what I was looking for. I would recommend anyone to let him be a part of their car buying experience.

I had an awesome experience at R & B, my salesman was Andy Keller’s. Andy worked on his day off to get the car I wanted bought down to his location. The car has been great so far. Andy made sure we got the car at a good price. Andy made the experience as less stressful as he could and made sure to make us laugh in the process. Aaron and Andy made the experiences wonderful. Andy and Aaron are the best people to go through.

Went to R & B Car Company in South Bend, IN just to look...on the worst weather day in spring! Roger helped me find the car of my dreams in 40 mile per hour wind, it was freezing cold and snowing. Roger didn't mind it though. He was more interested in helping me and we were outside looking at different cars for awhile. Roger remained professional, friendly, patient, and had a positive sense of humor. Andy implemented my paperwork and I was out in no time with a good deal for my car. The team at R&B Car Company are always there to help during the sale and after, as this is my 3rd car from them. For these reasons I give R&B Car Company 5 stars!

Worst experience that I've ever had with a car sale. I really wanted their car and was willing to pay top dollar for it even after finding out it had been in an accident. Then I got the offer for my trade in (which I was assured would be top dollar) and it was $8,000 less than the Kelley Blue Book trade in value. Then I explained that and showed them because I did my research. He told me that Kelly Blue Book is not really what my car is worth and that it’s just a suggestion. So, then he that look at what they are going for at auction (still higher than their offer, more mileage, and not the premier models as mine is). Their car had and accident, mine did not. They were asking MORE than what KBB said theirs was worth and mine had half the miles that theirs had on it. I really thought KBB was to keep people honest but obviously not here! I wouldn't even have gave one star but it was the only way I could review. I understand making money and you were going to and could of gave me a FAIR value for my car and still made money. Crooks do not get repeat business and that's how you make a good deal, by somebody that would recommend you or come back! After looking elsewhere for a comparable car, I found that it has 2 damage reports, so they lied to me too!
