Carlton Apartments

The staff provides exceptional services in addressing issues in a positive manner. My experience with the maintenance staff is excellent, they actually know how to repair things. My years as a renter has taught me that an efficient maintenance staff is key to happiness. Abel also contributes to creating a happy experience in apartment living. There are plenty of restaurants, health clubs, movies, grocery stores, churches, post offices, mini malls—all within walking distance. We have a new manager and she seems pretty cool and the neighbors are friendly.

Abel provided me with top tier service! From the moment I walked in, he made me feel like I was walking into my new home. The professionalism was out of this world and really provided me with the best customer experience! If I were to lease an apartment solely on the leasing agent, I’d sign today. The floor plans are beautiful and the community is extremely well kept. I can’t wait to call The Carlton my future home!

We are SO excited to move to here! Bea toured us originally and she was awesome. When we came back a second time to lock in the apartment , she showed a different floor plan and we fell in love! When we went back to the office to apply, that’s when we met Abel. He was so great and helped us with the application process! Both Abel and Bea were extremely helpful! They even stayed past their close time to help us which truly shows their amazing customer service!! We can’t wait to call The Carlton our home!

After having lived here for three years I’ve been very impressed with management. They care about their residence and the quality and upkeep of the facility. The office staff is incredibly helpful and courteous. The maintenance crew is incredibly capable and I never have to call anyone out twice to fix something if it needs to be fixed. Everyone always seems to have a smile on their face. Definitely recommend.

The Carlton has been a great place to live since I moved to Houston. It has a smaller homey vibe to it and the amenities are awesome! Everyone who visits always loves our apartment and how spacious it is. I like that the units have a lot of windows and there are two courtyards in addition to the pool. Also Abel at the front desk has always helped me out when I need help with anything! He’s always happy to help fix any issues and he helped my roommate and I find our unit :

I was having a horrible day before I went to tour The Carlton. This complex is beautiful. The manager Bea was so sweet and very knowledgeable about the complex. She made me feel at home and made my day bright. The gym has the perfect equipment and the pool makes me feel like I live at a resort. I can not wait to move in next month!!!

Went in to discuss possible options for me moving in and the staff were so pleasant to talk with. Dylan gave me a tour and was thorough in his walk through and the information he gave me about the facility, amenities, and the general area. He was patient and answered all the questions I had. Also, I was able to meet someone from the maintenance staff and they were also pleasant to talk with, I could tell they took pride in their work.

I have had the best experience at The Carlton. The staff was so welcoming and knowledgeable. The manger, Bea, was very helpful. She made me feel like I was already home from the moment I walked in. I can not wait to call this my new home!

The manager Ms. Bea is an absolute charm. She was very patient with me with all of my questions. The property is extremely beautiful and the 2 bedroom that I toured made me feel at home. I couldn't rent because it is too far from my job; however I will recommend The Carlton to anyone that is looking to be in the area. Thank you again Ms. Bea!

Don’t come to this place. Honestly, security is terrible. Unless you are comfortable with shootings inside the property non residents having pool parties of over 200 people and your Amazon packages being stolen. I must say and be honest that the staff is amazing. Hats off for them I love Jocelyn and Arturo they are great and always super helpful. Which is a shame that upper management won’t do anything for the security of this place. 1- Non residents walking with guns in front of your door and around the complex. 2 - there has been 2 shootings inside the property which the bullet hit my neighbors front window. 3- there was a pool party of non residents of over 200 people both Saturday and Sunday. 4 - the pool area is always full of cockroaches. 5- your Amazon packages will disappear so get use to that. I’m telling you this place is not it. Aside from the amazing staff. There is nothing “luxury” about this place. Plus, even with all these security issues and shootings they won’t let you break the lease.
