Carmentas Italian Specialties

Really nice little Italian restaurant where all the pasta and the ingredients are made from scratch. Most of their entrees are special that look and do taste pretty good. They seem to be authentic italian food and definitely would recommend it to anyone who enjoys italian food. I had the braised lamb and pork pasta.

I was looking for a nice Italian deli to frequent like I had back home and ! was excited for this one but it just didn't make the mark. The food was okay but the menu is very limited. It's very much a "cool, hipster" newer Italian place.

Love this place! Reminds me of the Italian sandwiches I would eat growing up in Brooklyn yet with a modern twist. Good job!

Love their sandwiches, never had their pasta though. Meatballs is my favorite. Rice balls are excellent

Great Italian spot in the hood. Sandwich was great my bf is 100% Italian and he loved it! The rice balls is crunchy outside and soft inside. I love the pasta and the Raku sauce. 5 stars from us! Definitely come back!

Very clean and welcoming spot. They offer generous portions and for affordable rates. I liked the meals a lot and the staff were super affable and chatty. Highly recommended.

The Dom G from Carmenta's is probably the best sandwich I've ever had. I get it every time. My partner's fav is the Italian combo. Don't sleep on the turkey one though, it's also delicious.
