Carolina Procurement Institute

These guys moved me in Dec 2014 from Camden, SC to Dalzell, SC...this is perhaps 20 miles or less...They damaged my items and I filed a claim as required to do...and they have not made good on that claim whatsoever. They offered $125 for damages that were well over $1800 (quotes were sent). I declined their "offer" and have been dropped from them ever since. I call and email to check status, and I get nothing for at least two weeks, then when they do respond, its to tell me I have been passed to yet another representative...This has been going on for 6 months with no end in sight. I have moved with the U.S. Air Force all over this globe for 21 years and I have NEVER had any issues...These guys can't even move someone across town without damaging items and refusing to pay for them or replace them. My military friends...stay far away from this company. If TMO says they are your carrier, request another!! I would never, ever use these people under any circumstances. This was my final military move after retirement, and it was by FAR the worst I have ever experienced, and I am still experiencing it. Take heed!
