As a fleet owner, it is difficult to find a reliable shop. Chad and his crew are the best repair shop I have found in the upstate area. Fast and fair!

Great shop friendly and knowledgeable and the hardest thing to find honest, I came in to Chad over a year ago everything they have done for me has been done right and at a reasonable price. And I don't plan on going anywhere else!! I guess I should mention that I live in Iowa

We were in deep trouble with our motorhome, which had begun to drip gasoline puddles onto the pavement. We feared driving the RV too far, so we called a nearby repair shop, Carolina Truck Care. Though a busy Friday afternoon for them, they invited us to stop by for an assessment. Upon our arrival, technicians who were repairing other vehicles gathered around, and within 30 seconds of searching underneath the RV had diagnosed the problem. Owner Chad Bishop provided a few options, including one that would get us back on the road that same day. Getting the parts right away, technician Justin was able to repair our RV and have us on our way again. Simply put, Carolina Truck Care is the repair shop you wish were available in every town. Their attention to our problem and great service at a great price really saved the day. We can't thank them enough.

I'm a long haul trucker and what every trucker fears, is your in the middle of nowhere, you know no one, your fully loaded, and your truck suddenly (for no reason) shuts off at 75mph. You pull to the side, and try everything to no avail. Its not happening and your dead in the water. 1st step is getting moved from point A to point B. ($625) But THEN...you have to blindly put your faith in a mechanic you have never met. (Enter Chad and his crew at Carolina Truck Care) Very friendly and open. Chad is like the "Truck Whisperer". He jumped in with his trusty computer and before 3 mins had passed, she was running. (But that aint fixed) He pulled it in and systematically went step by step, painstakingly analyzing every clue and possible abnormality. At one point, he had it running like a champ. But that wasn't good enough. "I'm not satisfied by sending a customer on his way without knowing for sure in my mind, that I located and repaired the problem" he said to me. So we waited, and sure enough! When she got hot, she started to get cranky! So he went back in diagnosing all possibilities. And SURE ENOUGH!! He found it! (Now, Chad has requested that I do not tell anyone what he found because if I do, EVERYONE will be beating on his door, and this was no easy task and quite a head scratcher and puzzle fitter. He doesn't want his lot filled with head scratchers and puzzle fitters.) But that boy stayed until late into the night and had me on all 18 rolling wheels before he closed up shop! The price was fair and the work was excellent! Chad and his team know their business!
