Pitts Truck Services

I had several problems with my truck. I needed a part and fix water tank and brake. The owner, Rob, said he will take care and waited for 2 weeks for the parts. Then, he said he could not find it but he fixed the problems I could get it and use it until he found the part. He said, he did test and run the truck eveything is good. When I went there to pick the truck Rob's father gave me the key for the truck with a very frowned face. I started the truck but then it stopped immediately but Rob's father insisted it was okay. Eventually the truck did not work. When I asked him why he said they never checked the truck at all and it had been sitting there since I left. He said he does not want to mess with it. I was shocked and did not understand how he could talk like that to the customer. Since the truck did not start and was not drivevable there was no option then leaving the key and almost begging to fix it (with my money and without any reason of being treated very rudely and disrespectfully..but most probably because of my appearance of having different color) Then after several days later, ROB, called and said he fixed it and asked me to take it. I went and picked the truck but after driving about 7 miles, it stopped in the middle of road with the same problem (water tank leaking).He had lied to me that he fixed the water tank but it seems only added water in it and when I drove,again, the leaked finished all water and the truck stopped. This guy is disgusting and a BIG LIAR...EVERYONE SHOULD AVOID OF DOING JOB WITH THEM

I would happily do business with these folks again. They went above and beyond what was expected in order to facilitate my needs. I experienced excellent communication, excellent pricing, and an overall very cool experience.
