Great service, prompt and helpful
Be careful about updating your billing address. They had an address for me that was 10 years old, wrong address, wrong phone # and I never got a bill. They turned me over to a collection agency. We promptly paid them but there is not excuse for them not keeping their records current.
They are great and very courteous love have they treat you with respect
They'll send a bill to a wrong address, not bother to call, and then forward to collections. Terrible disregard for basic human decency from their billing department. Will never ever be in touch with these people again. Only see these people if you're willing to risk your credit rating to the incompetence of their billing staff.
