The worst experience in my life, I have been try to have someone help me with my bill so I called billing office and Charlotte Radiology at southpark talked with receptionist. But they just checked on computer and kept saying same thing over and over. They have not tried to listen and not tried to find out with doctor or radiologist what happend with patient. Just wanted hang up the phone! She told me her superviser will call, made me hang up! I never got phone call back from them. My situation, I went for second time of checking one side of breast. Only one side! But Radiologist said my annual check up was only 2 month left so I can get annual check there. I asked it is ok to check early. She said it is ok Insurance will cover early one too. But it didn't cover. Charlotte Radiology at south park put code 77066 which is special checking. Who knows? Radiologist say annual check then patient just believes it. Who does think it is screening or diagnostic? I don't want to make payments untill I figure it out. I hope they care about patients, not only money. I know Charlotte Radiology at southpark will turn over my payment to collect agency later. I just want to ask it is right payment !!! Nov. 17, Charlotte Radiology at Southpark never call me back! I have been waiting phone calls.
Excellent experience at Charlotte Radiology! Office staff was so friendly and patient! The sweet woman who did my mammogram was so gentle, caring and professional. Couldn’t ask for a better experience! Thank you so much!
Went to the breast center today for a mammogram. The staff was courtious. Had to wait a little while for a paper to be faxed from the Dr. The radiology tech was kind and calm. Procedure was simple and the radiologist was informational and kind. Worth the drive. No, I was not leaving the facility due to their crazy gas prices. Ladies don't forget to check those Ta Tas!
Nice facility. Reception and initial screening went well. However, once I got in the procedure room things went south quickly. The tech was confused as to which scan needed to be done. So, I'm sitting around for 15 minutes waiting for them to double-check everything. They said they were only going to do a chest scan but my aneurysm is not in my chest it's actually just above my navel. They also said I was scheduled for an abdominal scan yesterday when I was never scheduled on the 22nd for anything. They finally decided to do the scan I needed, but made it sound like my vascular doctor had placed the wrong order. I’m glad they told me before they started what scan they planned to do or this would have delayed the images my doctor needed and could have adversely affected my health.
The doctor explained extremely clearly and in detail what was going on and what needed to be done. The lady that had taken us into the office and did the actual procedure, phenomenal. Very impressed and pleased.
I enjoyed my experience once again at Charlotte Radiology for my appointment. They Are Very Friendly and Professional
This rating is based solely on their billing department. It’s an absolute nightmare! I got a bill, set up a payment plan with automatic payments to come out. Seemed easy enough, right? WRONG! Two months after setting up my automatic payments I realized I hadn’t received any receipts so I called & was told that they switch over to a new program & a lot of people, that were on payment plans, were somehow kicked off of their payment plan. WHAT?! So, Chatlotte Radiology didn’t deem it necessary to inform their patients of this?! I have called, several times, to get put back onto a payment plan, & each time I was told a supervisor will call me back. It’s going on 3 weeks & have yet to receive a phone call from a supervisor. That’s not the only issue. I received this bill back in November for one balance & now all of sudden I owe $148 more?! How? No one at their call center has a clue of what’s going on. Seems like everyone needs more or better training. In conclusion, I do not know if I am on a payment plan nor do I know what my balance actually is. I will NEVER go back to Charlotte Radiology for this reason alone. I will have my doctor refer me to somewhere else.
Great experience with Charlotte Radiology-SP today. The staff is always nice and ready to assist. Thank you for always providing great service with a smile.
I have been coming here for my yearly mammogram for years. Never a problem! The staff is awesome and they take great care to make you feel comfortable. I highly recommend!
I had some trouble getting scheduled but eventually got an appointment. Great staff everyone was kind and friendly. I liked that they seemed to cate about my time Great place to go!
