Carpe Diem

This place is my local poke/salad place. Excellent service! Excellent food quality! The different combos of bowls and salads fit anyone’s tastes. I eat here often. My favorite is the criminal bowl. My wife loves the black rice, and my father in law has the got my fire almost everyday he visits for lunch. Juices and açaí bowls are fantastic! I take people here and they love it as well. I say I am filled without the guilt as it’s heathy great tasting food!

Great friendly service, locally owned, organic juices and a great variety of unique flavors. A great place for a refreshing change to healthy organic food and cold pressed juices.

Poke is great here with big portions, juices are good, but the smoothie bowls that we got tasted like water with granola and fruit on top. Wouldn't order smoothie bowls here again until they decide to not overuse fillers.

Completely wrong order. We ordered pick up and when we got home we noticed we were served black rice instead of white rice which we clearly ordered. No one in the store even said a word about it. I guess they figured we wouldn’t notice? Then they didn’t have the juice we wanted and substituted with some other random juice. Spent close to $50 for food that wasn’t right. With the amount of poke bowl places around, doubtful we will return.

Poke was decent, nothing special. The Acai bowl on the other hand was bomb!

So grateful to have a nutritious and delicious option in Mountain’s Edge. Açaí bowls, fresh/refreshing juices, and poke bowls … what more could you want! The Suicide poke bowl is my go to selection for lunch. The Thai peanut sauce is to die for and the fish is always fresh! The staff is so friendly and helpful.

Staff was friendly and helpful. The juice is amazing! The menu had a lot of healthy choices to choose from but only ordered the juice this time. I'll be back.

I rarely ever write reviews, but Carpe Diem rocks and definitely deserves the recognition. Just as I was beginning to give up hope on finding a decent juice bar in the Mountains Edge area I stubbled across this place. From the first visit until now each of their items have not been anything less than exceptional, regardless if it is a smoothie, acai bowl or poke bowl. Also, ALL of the staff is super friendly and show they actually care about their customers. I say this because I have allergies and they always take the proper precautions to ensure my safety. Thank you for consistently delivering deliciousness!

I always order acai bowls from here and they always taste great. But today, I felt something small and pointy in my mouth while I was chewing, only to see that there was a literal metal staple that was in my food. It was stretched out as well so it was a good 1 inch length, I was lucky I didnt accidentally swallow it. This has never happened before and Im not even sure how they managed to drop a staple in my bowl.

Best experience here! Came twice in 12 hours ! Got poke bowls and açaí bowls. Everything was amazing and fresh. Staff maybe she was the owner was attentive and thorough the way she labeled everything for our take away order. I’d eat here 3x/day every day if I could
