Employees can make or break a business; they need to train staff to handle situations better. I ordered 2 smoothies, same flavor, same size but one with whey and one with soy protein through the drive through and had to correct the order twice. I asked for my order to be repeated again once I was at the window to triple check and it was still wrong. Lesley who was working the window handed me the smoothies but since she repeated the order to me and it was still wrong, I tried to ask her if they both had whey but before I could even get the full sentence out, she slammed the window closed and didn't give me my receipt. I parked and went inside to address the situation and spoke to Daniel who said he was the manager, he wasn't concerned with the situation, no apology and asked if I wanted a refund. I told him no; I just wanted my smoothie made right. I'll stick to the Durango location.
Had to repeat myself 3x for her to get my order correct when I ordered from the drive thru. I asked for oatmeal with agave they didn’t put any agave on it. Smoothie was way too watery, not all items are listed on drive thru menu.
Asked for a substitute because I am allergic to Pineapple but guess what my drink was not prepared with my allergy in mind: needles to say I had an allergic reaction. They just lost a regular customer that tips.
My breakfast sandwich was burnt and I called the manager to let them know I would like a new one . They were understandable and told me to come back for a new one. So I came back and they said unless I have a receipt they cannot honor that. They literally said you could be lying after I bought an $8 smoothie. Lie about a $4 sandwich? Whatever its not worth it. Never coming back to an establishment with such bad customer service.
Such promise, But totally lacks consistency, some get it, others not much! I have a very specific order, never changes and yet, somehow either because the juicier isn’t paying attention or doesn’t care…Cones out tasting like water absolutely no flavor or pricing is different from day to day??? Must find another option…
No experience juicing wheat grass. For general wellness, drink 1 or 2 oz. servings once or twice a day. Drink immediately after cutting juicing as the nutritional value decreases 50% decrease in effectiveness after 5 minutes 70% decrease in effectiveness after 20 minutes. they let it sit and it loses potency.
This is the closest location with drive through off strip and every time they can't hear anything because 'their mike is really bad', it has been bad for years. You have to repeat many time. You will be waiting in line to order and they will say oh we are out of carrots, we are out of oranges. When they are not out it takes forever to get your order even with no one in front. The drinks taste good, but the service is so annoying.
Smoothies are delicious! ALWAYS great customer service, really nice people working here. Working my way through the entire menu of smoothie choices. Was a little hesitant to try the orange cream one but glad I'm trying every flavor - one of my favorites for sure. Love that there's a drive thru. Downloaded their app, it's convenient and efficient to get in line, order in the app and by the time is my turn, voila! Already paid for, just grab & go. Rewards program sometimes has really good deals, too.
I am getting inconsistent results in my smoothies here. It seems some of the staff doesn't put the correct mix of ingredients and the smoothie texture comes out bad. I now go to the Durango store instead!
Pretty gross smoothie. Bland, weird consistancy and off taste. Wouldn't waste my money here again.
