Carpet Town were very professional in the end to end service they provided. Joe was very helpful in helping us make a decision about the type, quality and colour of carpet that we were looking for. He clearly has extensive knowledge. Our fitter Ben was very prompt, efficient and tidy, and did a fantastic job in fitting the rooms. The colour of carpets Joe recommended go really well with the décor and also the lighting in the rooms. We would highly recommend Carpet Town for anyone looking for a professional, family friendly service.

The service was 10/10 from start to finish! The process was so smooth, I booked the carpet I liked and it was all done within a couple of days. My sister said when the guys came to put in the carpet they were very friendly & enjoyed the music she had on whilst putting in the carpet. I definitely recommend carpet town! Not forgetting the quality of the carpet is amazing!

We had laminate, carpet and lino fitted in the house and the whole experience was straightfoward and painless. The only minor issue was keeping us informed about arrival times. We had to call the shop on both visits to get the time. Other than that all round excellent service and I would highly recommend using Carpet Town.

Carpet Town came out to measure very quickly, were responsive during all communications and, when we had to reschedule the fitting, they were able to fit us in again very quickly. Carpet fitter was very good and tidied up after himself. We’re happy to recommend Carpet Town!
