This is a great service! Not only did they do an excellent job cleaning our persian rugs, they also were able to give lots of cool rug info on where our rugs were made, different fibers used and how to care for them properly.

My carpet cleaner Certified Specialists recommended Rug Worx to clean my 4x6 hand knotted rug. So happy Cliff Martin knew about this place! Scott and Miranda Gwilliam treated my rug as if it was their own. They gave me a tour of the operation, explained the process and recommended which options would be best for my treasured rug. Their communication was excellent! I highly recommend Rug Worx!

Quality of cleaning work was excellent and price was more than fair. They even did minor repair on rug with no additional charge. They are a small family business that seems to have a professional grade of knowledge for rugs of any type. I feel I have found a service business that has honest genuine qualifications. I will always use Rug Worx in the future for any kind of cleaning or repair.

I have a wool rug that was stained from a hot chocolate accident…I immediately tried to get it out with a carpet cleaner but to no avail. I was doubtful the stain would come out since the cleaner appeared to have bleached it. My friend referred Rug Worx and assured me they could get it out. I was shocked when I got it back and could not even see where the stain was!! Thank you Rug Worx for making my rug look brand new again!!!

So happy we chose to use Rugworx. Debated whether to buy new rugs or clean existing ones. They look like new!! Saw company on Fox 10 and decided to give them a try. They were professional, reasonably quick, and did an excellent job. We will definitely use them again.

I have been on the hunt for a company that does thorough rug cleaning. I was happy to stumble across their website. They provided a quick quote and I was able to drop my rug off at my convenience. They had my rug back to me in a matter of weeks. I will be recommending them to anyone looking.

Very knowledgeable couple who own the business. We took our 17 year rug/carpet to be cleaned after seeing them on fox 10 news . Great people who know their rugs! Plus had a pad made. Rug looks better than new.

Updated for 2022: Rugworx does it again! All I can say is WOW! As I described below I have a rug with tricky fibers. And with 3 dogs this rug gets pretty dirty and gross. It was honestly embarrassingly dirty this year and I was strongly considering a new one all together. BUT Rugworx once again made it look brand new! I’m so impressed! I have a rug with complicated fibers. The rug will be ruined if not cleaned and dried properly I know from previous experience, I’m on rug #2 because my original was ruined by another rug cleaning company’s ignorance Rug Works knew exactly how to clean and dry my rug! It left my house a mess I have 3 dogs and it came back looking like new! I couldn’t be happier.!!! Also their customer service is outstanding.. A+++

I found this place through a search; and due to the high reviews, I decided to give it a try. The reviews were not wrong, my rug was perfectly clean! Also, everyone I came in contact with was very professional and kind. I ended having surgery and my rug was already done. I explained I couldn’t drive at the time to pick it up. They were so kind and told me not to worry about it, and just come when I could. I know they have a charge for storing the rugs, but that was not even mentioned at any moment. Upon coming to pick up my rug, they remembered my surgery, and asked me how it was and how I was feeling. I felt the human part of their business, and that will have me coming again and again.
