Carrabba's Italian Grill

Like always the food is delicious. Every time we’ve been here we’ve never been disappointed with the food. The place is perfect for a date night or celebrating a special occasion. The place is clean, the presentation of the food it’s good. I would give 5 stars but I think they can work more on training their hostess when it comes to customer service. We came in and they seemed bother that people were coming in. Not one smile or friendly face. Maybe next time it will be a different experience. Other than that, the food was great.

Food and service was good overall. Calamari on trio appetizer were paper thin... but Stuffed Mushrooms were tasty! Something was "off" about the Tomato Basil soup but salad was nice. Chicken portion in menu picture is larger than reality on actual entree received. Lobster ravioli seemed frozen... Flavors overall were fine and service was very good.

Good as usual it was very good. We were glad that we had purchased Brad appetizer because her chicken would fire it was very dry and so having the extra sauces helped but still is tasty and good. I have a alfredo with scallops side of Rocklin both excellent my cedar salad was good cold tasty. Service was good Elise what's our server and we had kind of a table away from her regular station but still she came by frequently and overall was good.

This is one of my favorite restaurants. I had a not so pleasant experience a few months ago but brushed it off because I absolutely love this restaurant. 2 stars due to the fact that my server was not so nice. She explained several times that she was very busy. I ended up eating all my food and my daughters food didn't come until I was completely done with my food after they had to take it back twice. I was not happy about that. This is my go to location for my bday every year, events or just dinner with the family but after this experience I may have to find a new location to call home.

Place was packed,so I ended up at the bar..The bartenders were awesome, exsp. the brown haired guy. Food was amazing, very quick, tasted delicious. Atmosphere was fun bartenders were great and fun to watch. I will definitely be back again.Food: 5/5

Our server was great, met a nice couple sitting next to us that gave us a $20 off gift card which was extremely nice of them. I had the tusan grilled chicken italian salad made just the way I wanted it and their house dressing is fantastic. The seasoning on the chicken was phenomenal which gave the salad even more of an italian taste. I do wish the salad was a little bigger for a $15.00 salad but I was happy because our server brought me more of the kalamata olives. My husband had the italian bread with their olive oil mixed with some italian seasonings that he said were very good. His entree was the Spaghetti with bolognese meat sauce and could barely finish his portion, which was way bigger than it appeared. When we were ready to go we used the gift card and gave our server a 100% tip off the discounted amount. We felt that we needed to bless him and pay it forward. Yesterday was my birthday and was looking forward to eating here for the first time ever. My husband and I drove her from ATL to come and eat at this location due to the previous reviews. However, we arrived and sat us down at the last table on the right side. We waited for 30 mins for our waitress to come and at least offer us something to drink. But she didn’t even welcome us because she was too busy flirting and laughing with a few co- workers and guys at the table in front of us. * please check the cameras if is needed. After 30 mins my husband and I decided to leave because we were starving and thirsty. I asked to speak to the manager pr owner but they told me he was not available. I am honestly disappointed because my husband and I were looking forward to wariness here all week! I hope that the owner or management sees this review because I feel like it was unfair for us and for the restaurant’s food. ** It was the customer service’s fault.

Wife's meal was too salty. The Manager came over, very nicely apologized and brought another dish out in 4 minutes. Excellent service. Our waiter was also excellent. Gave us time to enjoy our appetizer, then salad, then brought dinner. Meal was not rushed like some other times. Thanks for a great meal!Food: 4/5

Being able to get in line online was super helpful. The place was packed but our wait time was not too long. Good menu - no one left hungry. We would have taken left-overs but had travel plans the next day. Excellent staff. Helpful, pleasant attentive but not hovering. We could see a lot of the activity and although everyone was busy, it was apparent that there was good cooperation and teamwork. One negative - it was very loud especially as we and an even larger party were being seated, settling in and ordering. Kid-friendliness: Grandkids loved it. Kid-friendly portions and selections. Wait staff treated them like real people not just add ons.

I have to admit, I would have never imagined a chain-Italian restaurant would be one of my favorite local places, but this particular location of Carrabba’s is so amazing it has encouraged me to venture out of my comfort zone and give other new places a try. I walked over one day while waiting for Discount Tire to equip my SUV with some new shoes, and although I only meant to stay there for 30-45m, I probably spent the better half of 2 hours just having a great time, eating good food and having great conversations, both with the staff there and the strangers that popped in and out of communal discussions. I think it comes down to the fact that I sat at the bar top and got some of the most amazing service that one could expect, not just once but on multiple occasions. I’m horrible with names, so excuse me for only remember one of the two amazing people that helped me — the first is an older lady who’s worked there for 10+ years I just met her yet she made me instantly feel like family and a guy named Scott who’s been there each time I’ve come through… and they are just outstanding people in multiple ways. They take care of your order with efficiency, duly noting any accommodations you may request, and they have the perfect balance of striking a conversation with you while also giving you your space to enjoy a meal. One time an order came out wrong, and he caught it before I did, immediately taking care of the problem. But that’s just part of their awesomeness. I think those two alone have cultivated an incredible atmosphere, so much that I don’t think I’d ever eat there without going straight into the bar seating area. The bar itself is lively too, but their attention to detail is so good that I couldn’t ask for anything more from a dining out experience.
