I've been working with Carrera Casting now since 2013 and they are simply the best! Recently I was in NYC visiting with several other Carrera customers who also raved about their personal attention, superior casting results and their commitment to sustainability best practices.

Carrera Casting Corp. was a good first experience within the jewelry world.

Terrible customer service. I uploaded files to be cast and was never contacted on the status of my pieces. The people on the line are very unprofessional. They have a client portal which is pretty useless. Had to call to request for my invoice which should have been sent once the job was completed.

Terrible all around. Customer service is not great. But more importantly all the pieces that I got from Carerra had to be scrapped. They were poorly made. Since they do not guarantee their work they won't take them back. Not impressed at all.
