Carriage Glass & Detail Company

This was my first time checking this place out. Detail took over 3 hours to complete, when they were “finished” my car was still dirty. one of the employees RIPPED my leather seat, left dirt between the seats and the gear shift and said “he couldn’t reach it”. there was dust all over my dashboard and in my air vents still. this work is not worth $120. I do not recommend this place. you can go somewhere cheaper and have them do a better job. there were a lot of spots I had to point out for him to clean when he was “done”. terrible experience.

Craig and the staff at Carriage Glass and Detail took great care of me and my car. I had a large crack in my windshield that needed to be replaced shortly before I moved across the country. I had booked an at-home car windshield replacement, but they didn’t show up or return my calls. I called Craig, and he assured me they would get my windshield repaired in time for my move. Carriage Glass and Detail did a great job replacing my windshield. They also detailed my car and made it shine like new again. Highly recommend this company for their professionalism and kindness.

Arrived as soon as they opened. Excellent customer service. Went for a windshield chip, was in and out in about 20 minutes. Owner made me feel like a long time friend. They simply took my insurance referral # for the claim, and I was on my way.

I called for a price to replace the windshield on my Suburban and was given a price over the phone. I made an appointment and two days later I took the vehicle in and had the work done. The bill was almost 40% higher than the price I was quoted. My advice - get a quote in writing if you use this company.Service: Auto windshield replacement

Awesome place! Craig was amazing and very helpful, along with his crew. I had damage to a window and Craig got a new one next day and had it installed quickly and it didnt cost an arm and a leg. Carriage crew kept me up to date about any changes and had me in and out. I highly recommend this business. Thank you!

Craig, Andy, and their whole team will take care of you from start to finish. I’ve had my vehicles serviced by them multiple times now and regardless on the package I get, it’s never less than perfect. Everyone here is charming and have great attention to detail. Love them so much.
