We had a drain clogged; I called and talked to someone at 12:30 p.m. The lady told me it might be about 3:30 or 4:00 before they could come. They showed up around 3:00 p.m. and had the drain unclogged within a half hour. Thank you for your prompt service!

SLEEPING IN LIVINGROOM!!! After months and months of calling, no one has once answered phone. I have left multiple DETAILED messages with return phone number, yet not one returned call. Our family is now sleeping upstairs in livingroom because septic issues & sewage gases have gotten so bad downstairs!!!! (I have never had septic before, other plumbers tell me they cant service it) I will NEVER call Carroll Septic again. Poor business practices! ... (I waited on Carroll Septic so long because we recently bought my grandparents old home. My grandparents used Carroll septic. Out of loyalty to grandparents, I tried to stick with same company. BUT NO LONGER WILLING TO WAIT WHEN HEALTH RISK TO MY SMALL CHILDREN!)
