DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. Created a nightmare for a wedding. Showed 5 hours late. Extremely rude when we went to meet them as they were LATE setting up. Told us the wrong voltage for the plug in they needed. FLAT ADMITTED they forgot about the wedding and then said “well you should have called to remind us the day before” They were cleaning as they were setting up. Didn’t have water so we had to get the water brought in with a separate water truck. The power went out in the units and we called them multiple times off during phones because they were sending us to voicemail and they did not answer and take care of it. Absolutely a nightmare. Units were only in working order for 1 hour out of the 4-5 hours of the wedding. Texted the mother of the bride claiming he was “treated him like an idiot” and cussing out the day-of wedding coordinator for being understandably upset that they were 5 hours later and admitting they had forgotten us!
