My dad is friends with the owners of this company and I recently have started working here and I love it I cant find a car I wouldnt daily drive. I love the opportunity I have and the experience I am getting from working here the lot is super nice and all the cars are amazing really good for the money you pay. John Ron and Jerry are the absolute best when it came to making sure that I was able to drive off the lot the same day. The make my payments easy for my budget and paydays. Their selection of vehicles are stellar. Everyone should bring their self and children here!

This is my 2nd posting to express my appreciation for Cars East. Let me begin again, by confirming that both, Ron & Jerry are absolutely PHENOMENAL! I have paid off 2 Mercedes Benz with them— with more than satisfying results! The payment process on my 2nd Benz became a grand challenge when I had to surrender my job & go on permanent disability. But both Jerry & Ron came through for me—HASSEL FREE, in my time of GREAT need. They worked with me for months until I completed my 2nd journey with them on August 16, 2022– when I graciously received the Title to my SL500! I am eternally grateful to them for their enduring patience & compassion. I have honestly had some tragic life altering events that I know have changed me forever during this process. But I must conclude that Jerry & Ron are great men with the best intentions. They genuinely are FAMILY to me. My heart will cherish them ALWAYS. Love u guys! THANKS again

This place is the total package! Not only do they have beautiful high end vehicles but they also provide the opportunity to do but here pay here on those vehicles! Not another place like it! Owners are great and will work with you to become part of the cars east family and leave with a vehicle that you will love!

I moved in Columbus in 2020 , I instantly LOVED cars east do to their flexibility on helping me get my car, they didn’t Marie it difficult for me to put down and start payments immediately!! They’re very caring and will help go the best of their ability. They also are very understanding when going through tough times as long as you communicate, punctual and trustworthy!!!! I while HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO ALL FRIENDS AND FAMILY!! I have not paid in FULL and they’re was NO PROBLEM OR HASSLE GETTING MY TITLE!!

Jerry has always given me great service. If I have question, he will answer it and help me figure it out. Great service and great people.

DONT GET A CAR FROM HERE ! UNLESS you’re extremely DESPERATE ! And when I say desperate I mean like you tried every single Car lot in Columbus ohio, and other surrounding areas ! STAY AWAY ! IF YOU’RE DESPERATE AND HAVE MONEY TO PUT DOWN COME HERE BUT JUST KNOW THEIR IS NO GRACE PERIODT NOT A DAY OR 2.! YOU WILL GET EMAILS AND CALLS EVEN IF YOURE A DAY LATE ! Granted we should ALL pay bills on time BUT IF YOU THINK YOU Can get a grace period for any payments due YOU WONT HAVE A CAR. RON IS VERY RUDE EVEN HIS WORKERS TOLD ME HES MEAN AND will get over on anyone in a bad situation ESPECIALLY SINGLE WOMEN WITH KIDS !!

The only reason I ended up at this place was because they had the kind of car I wanted. I’m just trying to warn ppl. Be smart and pay attention. These ppl are not doing our community any good, they are located in a Predominantly black area and are selling cars that aren’t being inspected to hard working people. They lied about the mileage, and my car needs a lot of work, I took it to the dealer . After I purchased my car, I instantly started hearing stories about the experience other ppl had at Cars East. I called Cars East and they said the paperwork says AS IS. I’ve never purchased a car from a buy here pay here, so I didn’t know any better. I put down 5500$ down on a car that’s doesn’t even have working windshield wipers…. Don’t give your business to ppl like them. Remember their not selling cars to their ppl, their selling these bad cars to black ppl.
