My father in law referred me to CARSTAR after I got rear ended by an inattentive driver. From the initial contact, to the day I picked up my truck, I had complete confidence in their work. I took my 2013 prius in to re-do the clear coat on the top and one side of the body. i thought i would have to get the entire car done. Gunner pointed out that it was possible to do just the damaged area and save me money. the driver's side had no problems. they took off the trim, knobs and mirror, matched the original 'sea glass' factory paint, applied the clear coat and clear bra areas around door edges and door cups, etc. they also did the black spoiler. AND they surprised me with cleaning the interior. it smells so nice now. yeah, its more expensive than some of those 'other' places you see advertising on t,v, but if you want something done right... it's totally worth it. p.s. my special thanks goes out the Rubin for going the extra mile for me.Service: Painting

I was rear ended on the highway and my rear bumper and door were damaged. I looked up body shops with good reviews in the area and found these guys. I’ll say this; - these guys Ruben and Gunnar are easy to get a hold of. They pick up the phone consistently and always take your call - they did the right thing by me. My repair was delayed by a national backorder on a part. They said I could potentially use an after market part but then leveled with me and said they wouldn’t put it on their own family’s car - so they wouldn’t suggest I put it on mine. I appreciated the hell out of that. I’m sure it would have been nice for them to get my car out of their shop, but they shot me straight on not using a lesser part I picked up my car. Work looked good and they had fully detailed my car. Looked beautiful. Would definitely recommend them.Service: Body & Trim
