I understand working with the public is difficult and everyone has a bad day. We went to this location to get some ice cream after having dinner nearby. We asked a simple question about the cones versus the cups and the gentleman behind the counter proceeded to look at us like we should have known the answer before we ask the question. He was rude and condescending. Needless to say we will not be returning to this location to fulfill our ice cream cravings.
I've been coming to Carvel for years and everytime I come: the workers are nice Place is clean Everyone has masks on since the pandemic Many different flavors of ice cream Cheap prices for eat in and take home Overall would recommend Carvel to anyone having a sweet tooth or that is craving ice cream!
Spacious, bright, relatively clean. However seating is minimal.
