I have never been so satisfied with the quality, hospitality and customer service in while. I ordered two LG subs one Turkey and the other Italian on 12/30/22. They were fresh and made with love. Thank you ladies you will be seeing me again. Capriotti’s was rude and appeared to be open when they were closed. Things happen for a reason!!! And the Dirty pudding was excellent.

Still the best sub shop in Delaware, and even better than most in Philly. They have a simple menu of prepared subs, cheesesteaks & other sandwiches. They also have a delicious, a small selection of groceries, & other prepared food. The picture is a large Old-Fashioned Neapolitan.

They have been a community staple in elsmere for decades and continue to be an amazing place to get delicious sandwiches and subs. All employees there are kind and very helpful even though they are almost always usually busy from open to close. I don’t have enough kind words for them and the high quality of food they have there. Highly recommend

I usually have a good sandwich my whole life eating here, I want to say this first. But tonight I got 2 streaks for daughter and me and I had to say something. There was no meat in my cheese steak. And the rolls is huge

Old school, small town, true Italian deli vibes! I had tried the other locations in New Castle and the beaches but my brother said I had to go the OG! He wasn’t wrong, went the week of Christmas and it was busy for sure but filled with locals getting ready for their holiday parties with cold cuts and au jus. I got a large Italian and it was amazing! Fresh Dietz and Watson meat and Serpes rolls! Also took home some Mortadella and Cooper sharp. A Must Try!

Hoagies are soooo good. Everything is fresh, store is clean and great customer service. I try to get one at least twice a month.Food: 5/5

To say the ordering system is unorganized is an understatement. It seems most people don't care though and deal with it. It's off putting though, to me... I call ahead, literally get a voice recording to "keep trying"... YET, when you are standing in the store waiting, the phone rings and literally not a single employee pays it attention. ?? I do like the Italian yet it's not supernatural, I can make the same exact, yet it's convenient to buy one. However, I ordered a tuna salad sub recently and I got mounds and mounds of onions and very, very little tuna salad, which was average. A large Italian and a medium tuna sub was ~$32. Not worth that price. But today was it for me... against my better judgment I went in around 2pm thinking it might not be crowded and I wanted one item, an Italian... It wasn't busy. There was one man in front of me... he literally ordered and I was standing right behind him at the register getting ready to order. He ordered two subs... the lady who took his order, who acknowledged me walk in, made eye contact with me after she took his order, turned away and proceeded to make his order. Another lady slicing meats just finished slicing, avoided eye contact with me and walked past the griddle tops to be gone. The other two ladies were standing behind their prep station doing nothing and did not acknowledge me. I left and won't be back. The cheesesteak is literally "steakums" by the way
