Casco Bay Adventures

If I could give Captain Bill 10 stars, I would! He was super friendly and knowledgeable. Made our first northeastern fishing experience a great one and we highly recommend him. We did 3 hours with a heavy focus on fishing our request. Pulled in some lobster traps and learned a lot about them. Saw seals, a huge bird nest maybe hawk?, and cruised around some of the islands. Bill was great with our boys and they had a blast!

Great outing with Captain John on Casco Bay. Really enjoyed the sightseeing and lobstering. Highlight for our teens was taking the helm which they won't soon forget. Definitely recommend booking with Casco Bay Adventures if you're in Portland ME.

We had a great time on the Striper Bass fishing excursion. Four hours long and a good time for us as out of towers. Captain Bill gave us a tour of the the bay with fun facts and then we went fishing for our bait. After which we did the real fishing. We tried lots of different fishing spots. Capt Bill knows his fishing and was so helpful and patient with each member of our group. We had success catching fish for each person. Booking the excursion was fairly easy, via email. I would recommend this to any friends looking to try a fishing excursion while in Portland. We had a family of four, but no young children. It may be boring at moments for younger kids, after all it is fishing.

Captain Shakespeare was so great! Even without any wind, the sunset tour was perfect!

We had the BEST time with Captain Bill! We started with a quick stop for bait fish and some history of the lighthouses, islands and marina. Then off to fish , saw dolphins and seal and we ALL caught Stripers. Then a quick trip to see two bald eagles and their three babies. Then back to the dock to learn about lobsters. What a very nice time. Highly recommend them!

Captains John & Bill were amazing! We chartered them for the whole day for a company outing. They were great! Very informational trip around Casco Bay. Fishing/lobstering/seal peeping. All of it! Great trip. Highly recommend this company! Terrific reviews from our whole group.

Captain John and his daughter we the perfect charter boat. Let my daughter drive the boat. Took us all over Casco bay I highly recommend Casco bay adventures had a wonderful time. Very friendly and accommodating

I had the best experience with John and Diane. They catered the itinerary according to what we wanted and made sure we had a great time by taking pictures of us and giving us free goodies. Can't recommend them enough to anyone who wants to explore maine and habe a good time!!!
