Cascone's Italian Restaurant

For anyone who believes you’ve had a good Italian food, my only question is, have you been to Cascone’s? Because if the answer is no, I truly don’t think you have. From the elegant atmosphere, the nice place settings and engaging friendly staff, they set expectations high as soon as you walk in the door. Carla took wonderful care of us and the meal was one of the best I have ever had. The stuffed mushrooms were so well cooked and tasty they melted in your mouth, the meatballs were deliciously seasoned and the lasagna just blew me away. I was so impressed I had to thank the manager not once but twice. And I never do that. I just felt so grateful honestly. Grateful to experience something so very very good and treated so warmly. It was joy. And joy on a plate in a restaurant chain world does not exist. Joy does exist in a small business that must be experienced to be believed and fully supported.

This was our first time at Cascone’s. The atmosphere was warm yet noisy with lots of traffic. Not a surprise that it was packed on a Saturday evening. It took awhile to order and the wait staff was pretty relaxed. We had to flag down waiters to take our order, refill water, and get a second round of drinks. Not an upscale experience, which is fine if you know what to expect and most importantly, because the food is delicious! The stuffed mushrooms were incredibly large and so flavorful. The Tortellini Savina Marie was good but the linguine and clams was amazing! Highly recommend sharing food with your party as there are too many delicious options. They were also very accommodating with special food requests allergies. Highly recommend!

I was pleasantly surprised about this Italian Restaurant. The environment is awesome... Lots of history! Lots of cool decorations to look at and lots of good food. The staff was friendly... Even singing with us while bringing out the food. I will definitely be back one day!

We were looking for something different, and came across this place, which definitely hit the spot! The drinks were a little on the lighter side with their alcohol pours, so just take that into account. I had the gnocchi which was delicious, and the selling point was the sauce. The actual gnocchi was ok, but tasted a bit under cooked. The Alfredo was delicious and the appetizers tasted good too.

My fiancé and I love going here for special occasions. We especially like going on Valentine’s day. We have been here multiple times, each experience is absolutely amazing each time. The staff is superb, and very attentive to all customers. We tell all our friends and family to try the seafood risotto, 10/10 in our opinion. We are proud lifetime customers and look forward to many glasses of wine and great italian food from Cascone’s for years to come.

Our first time visiting and Oh My - DELICIOUS!!! The seafood stuffed mushrooms with that unbelievable cream sauce are the best we have ever had! The cannelloni and veal parm - well just melt in your mouth yummy!! Wait Staff Ericson - GREAT Service .. Thank You. Highly recommend this place - look forward to coming back!

Today was my first time at Cascone's and it will not be my last!!! Even before ordering my lunch, the customer service was A++. Shout out to Jenny who was so personable and friendly!!! She even came over just to sit with me and get to know me!!! My server, Matt was pleasant and very attentive!!! The amazing Italian Nachos were the icing on the cake!!!!!!! Speaking of cake, Jenny gifted me a dessert in celebration of my 3- year work anniversary!!!! Such a great experience!!!

Awesome old school atmosphere! The lobster ravioli amazing! The staff taking care of you all the time. Salads ate before the entree comes out. This is one of if not the best OG restaurants in KC proper.Food: 5/5

Some of the best fried calamari I've had and the meatball was amazing! My main dish was the house specialty but I forgot the name! It was a lightly fried chicken breast with fettuccine and a lemon cream sauce. The side Cesar Salad was good as well. Parking: Big parking lot with plenty of space.

My Husband and I have been talking about trying Cascone’s for quite a while and today we finally did. I can not believe we waited so long!!! Service was fantastic from reservations, being greeted upon arrival, and the entirety of our visit! Our server was prompt, friendly, and checked on our needs/satisfaction frequently. The food, oh my goodness the FOOD!!! By far the best meatballs that I have ever had the pleasure of eating! The linguini in clam sauce was absolute perfection. My Husband had “Johnnys Combo” and thoroughly enjoyed each item. I enjoyed my meal with a “Tiramisu Martini” and ordered a slice of Tiramisu to go which was fantastic! Don’t wait as long as we did to try this gem. We are already planning our next visit! Thank you Cascone’s!!
