I see Dr. Ihnen, I'm a complex patient because of the multiple health issues I have going on. It's truly a breath of fresh air to have found a doctor that takes his time to listen to my complaints of the myriad of symptoms: present, worsened ones, new ones, etc. I love the fact that he clearly explains what may be going on, why he is ordering tests, changing medications, etc. He clearly puts me at ease if it's something that I don't need to worry over it, if it's something to be concerned, again he explains what symptoms I need to be on the look out for and to call him and make an appointment, etc. Excellent beside manners, compassionate and caring; his staff is equally professional, helpful and friendly. Definitely 5 gold stars!!!!!
