Ophthalmology Associates PSC

This is a very nice spacious office. The staff is nice & parking is good. No restroom available for patients in this office & it is necessary to leave the office & go out in the building to use a restroom. The only reason I don't give a perfect 5 star rating is that specific instructions were TOLD to us by the doctor, for my husband's recovery period - but NO PRINTED INSTRUCTIONS for us to take. An intense, specific recovery period after an emergency eye surgery should have printed instructions! We got them upon check out from the medical facility where the surgery was done - but nothing from the doctor's office after 1 day follow up or 1 week follow up. We are thankful to have these experienced doctors to help us, but they need to realize what is routine to them is NOT to us. We are scared, nervous, forgetful & anxious. Please make printed instructions for follow up & recovery available.

I met Dr Douglas 33 years ago. He was gentle and so professional with my daughter. Now I return with my Granddaughter to realize he is still a remarkable doctor! Dr Douglas never rushes us through the appointments. From surgeries, treatments to corrective lenes, I can't imagine taking her to anyone else. I highly recommend Dr Douglas for your eye care. Thank you so much !

My daughter saw Dr. Douglas. He was awesome. She felt comfortable and was able to get through the appointment with no issues (she’s a toddler). I love that they have a kid waiting area with toys! We have a follow up appointment and look forward to working with Dr. Douglas. My only issue was the wait time. We were taken back 40 minute after our appointment time.

Even with having to drive 2 hours (my daughter was referred to him) this is the best eye doctor I've taken my kids to. He is straightforward and easy to talk to. Wait time is short. Staff is nice and friendly.

Two of my children see Dr Franklin and we all just love him! He is so kind and does such a good job of listening and interacting with them. But above all, we trust the care we are getting from Dr Franklin and his team, which is the most important thing!
